We provide screening as a service for small to medium-sized businesses, to help them identify their top talent in days not weeks. Our services are web-based with support from talent managers.

Bio:

Allie’s passion for talent management has spanned over twenty years. Although her career started with nationwide companies, Allie’s recent focus is helping small and scaling business owners master their talent management. She has experience in all things human resources related for companies from one employee to 80,000 employees. She is a Top Recruiter™ in Canada 2019 Award winner, placing 10th overall. Allie was one of the few female founders accepted into the Cloud Accelerator run by Women in Cloud and Microsoft which led her to the rare opportunity to be selected as a female founder for Microsoft for Startups with her recruitment-based technology. Her absolute disgust for resumes was the driving force behind her start-up, TalentTua, where they inclusively move top talent from inbox to interview, with their revolutionary screening-as-a-service platform. Allie currently helps both candidates and employers revamp their processes to be connected through coaching and consulting.
